DESCRIPTION:Jana K. Lensing and her team at Gl dje proudly present the Annual Spring Art Gala\, a tradition that the art gallery has upheld for well over a decade. The Annual Spring Art Gala will feature live music by folk artists Jolene and Dan\, and appearances by many of the 63 local artists represented by Gl dje. To honor the Swedish history of Lindstrom and the gallery itself\, Gl dje will be offering refreshments inspired by Fika   coffee with dessert.\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the Annual Spring Art Gala is to celebrate beautiful works of art by local artists\, and to celebrate the arrival of spring with the community and supporters. The 3-hour event is free to the public\, but attendees are encouraged to RSVP online at www.gladjegallery.com.\n\n\n\nWhen asked about the event\, Lensing said\, "I am grateful to have this incredibly large space filled with inspirational work by over 60 local artists. Art is for everyone\, and we at Gl dje are humbled and delighted to create unique displays showcasing each artist to share with the community. A sustainable part of any community is lifelong learning.  My desire is to help our community learn how to play again\, try exploring different art disciplines\, and learn how to use mediums\, tools and the process of art-making fun.
