DESCRIPTION:During this special hands-on workshop\, you'll learn how to make a colorful flower wreath using dried flowers grown at WEI's own Amador Hill Farm. These wreaths are a beautiful memento of summer's abundance and can adorn your home all year long. All proceeds from this class go to WEI's Education Program Scholarship Fund.\n\nThe day begins with a tour of the flower farm and insights into plant varieties and best practices to grow\, harvest\, and dry this specialty crop. The class includes lunch provided by WEI   an autumn stew\, homemade bread\, and farm-grown vegetables. After lunch\, we'll gather in the Dome for a demonstration of wreath-making techniques\, and each participant will have the opportunity to design and make their own wreath to take home.\n\nAll are welcome   WEI classes are open to everyone.
