DESCRIPTION:Do something good for you! Our Soundbath Meditation is the ultimate in Relaxation. Just like any wellness practice\, consistency is key for getting the most out of your efforts. Join us for a three-part series of soundbath with light breathwork and guided meditation. During each session\, we'll do some centering breathwork and enjoy a relaxing\, healing soundbath with light guided meditation. .\n\nDress in comfortable\, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket\, as we will lie on the floor for the soundbath.
