Celebration of the Lakes 2023! Whether you're local to the Chisago Lakes Area, or making a trip out to see us, we're excited to host this event for you and your family! (Please note: Schedule may be subject to changes.) NEW events this year include a Cribbage Tournament, Fish Stories Writing Contest, Kids Movie Night, Turkey Bowling and a Pond Hockey Tournament. There is so much to come out and do, join us at our 2023 Celebration of the Lakes!
We are unable to hold events on South Lindstrom Lake this year due to ice conditions (2/6/2023). Some events had to be canceled and some have been moved to Chuckie Lundquist Park in Chisago City located at 10940 Stinson Avenue.
***We will not make the call to hold or cancel the events on the lake until the Chisago County Sherriff is able to take measurements early in the week, likely the 6th or 7th of February. We hold off on making this decision to give the best chance for the ice to form and for our events to hold. That said, we are working on contingency plans for each component that might be effected by the ice.*** Each partnering organization has the right to make their own decision regarding their own specific event. We will not publish an overall update until the week of Celebration of the Lakes.
