Welcome all Yoga beginners and seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their practice! The first 60 minutes of class will be dedicated to yoga and the last 30 minutes will be used to practice one complimenting modalities which will vary weekly, such as:
Meditation
Sound Healing
Quantum Hypnosis
Massage Therapy
