Elderberry Syrup Making Class @ Uncommon Loon Brewing Co.

Come join local herbalist, Heather Mashuga at the Uncommon Loon Brewing Co. who is back for this popular hands-on Elderberry Syrup making class.
 

Elderberries are known for their immune-boosting and anti-viral properties. They can reduce the duration of colds and flus, as well as the symptoms experienced. They are also packed full of other benefits like clearing mucous, reducing inflammation, and promoting proper circulation. Elderberries are a rich source of vitamins A and E, which help your body maintain optimal health.
 

During this class you will learn how to make Elderberry Syrup, about the combined medicinal properties of the herbs used, and how to identify and harvest elderberries. Each participant will leave with handouts and their own bottle of Elderberry Syrup. There will also be a discussion and handouts regarding herbs for Spring health.

Cost to attend is $35 and includes supplies needed along with an Uncommon Loon drink token good for a pint of craft beer or hard seltzer.
