Zion Lutheran Church's Health Ministry Team is hosting their third annual Mental Wellness Day. Includes a main speaker, 6 breakout session speakers, free refreshments and lunch, free childcare., and door prizes. Main speaker will be Matt McCauley, who's topic is " Mental Wellness: A Holistic Approach".
