Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)
Ray will provide an overview of Minnesota’s recently restored Employment Rights Assistance Fund (ERAF) and explain how it can serve as a valuable resource for local employers. This presentation will highlight how ERAF works, who it’s designed to support, and why it’s especially helpful for small and mid-sized businesses without dedicated HR teams. Attendees will gain practical insight into employer resources available through DEED and how to access them when employment-related issues arise.
