Beat the winter blues with this UNCOMMONLY FUN DUATHLON!
Join Vanessa and Katie for 30 minutes of body-weight boot camp, followed by 30 minutes of yoga to stretch and relax your body!
This one, two punch, costs just $20 (cash, check or Venmo) and includes your beverage for after. :)
ALL levels are welcome for this event. Please bring your own mat!
Boot Camp:
This class is designed to deliver a powerful and beneficial workout in a short amount of time. You will give 100% of your effort for quick intense bursts of exercises, followed by a short and active recovery period.
I strongly believe that simply your body weight can be accounted for SO MUCH! We will be utilizing the power of our own body and working through movements, that in time can increase your agility, your endurance and your love of MOVING your own body!
ALL LEVELS are welcome, as I will be giving many modifications during class for each movement. It is important to focus on your own goals and your own body during this class. Do what feels right for you that day.
Yoga:
A half an hour of yoga followed by an uncommonly fantastic beer (or soda)! Namaste!
