Yoga at the Orchard
Join Lift Bridge Yoga this fall for a flow and community chat while practicing yoga in the beautiful fall air and scenery at Pleasant Valley Orchard. As we enjoy fall treats and sips, we will observe the changes that we see in the nature around us as well as changes that we may see in ourselves, finding peace in whatever we "see." Holding our visions close, we will embody our desires through a gentle yoga practice (all levels of yoga welcome!).
