| Franconia Sculpture Park is located on 50 acres in East Central Minnesota, along the Saint Croix River Valley. Minnesota is uniquely positioned at the intersection of four distinct biomes: Tallgrass Aspen Parkland in the far northeast, Prairie Grassland to the west, Coniferous Forest to the north, and Deciduous Forest to the south. It’s a significant effort to keep the grounds beautiful for the public, but this is where YOU can help! This year, to celebrate Earth Day, Franconia Sculpture Park is hosting a volunteer event featuring a variety of activities for all skill sets. Types of projects include; sculpture repair, weeding and spreading trap rock. Lunch and drink will be provided for volunteers in addition to a guided tour of the park! Please remember to dress appropriately for this event, volunteers will be outdoors for the majority of the day.
