We are hiring a Lead Carpenter/Forman for one of our crews. A qualified candidate will have many years of experience in remodeling, decks, additions, window installation, and many other related construction/remodeling projects. This person needs to be able to lead/manage other employees and materials on construction projects.

We stay within 30 miles of Forest Lake, so no long commutes or overnights. Home with family at a reasonable hour each night. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in various aspects of remodeling, including trim work, deck construction, additions, window installation, and other related construction projects. This person should also be capable of leading and managing others on construction projects along with being able to manage others efficiently.
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
