Job Title: Visitor Services Representative
Location: Franconia Sculpture Park (Shafer, Minnesota)
Schedule: Seasonal, Part-time, 3 days a week, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Franconia’s regular business hours are 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Sunday.
Compensation: $16/hour
Overview: We are seeking reliable and welcoming Visitor Services Representatives to join our team at Franconia Sculpture Park as part-time front desk employees. As the first point of contact for park visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing information, ensuring a positive experience, and contributing to the overall success of the park.

● Welcome all visitors to Franconia Sculpture Park with a friendly and positive attitude.
● Provide information about the park and Commons building.
● Answer inquiries about park rules, ensuring visitors are well-informed. Gift Shop Operations:
● Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately.
● Assist visitors with purchases and provide information about merchandise.
● Maintain a clean and organized gift shop area.
Qualifications:
● Previous customer service experience preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
● Local to the St. Croix River Valley is preferred but not required.
